Pouch Inspector Light ist eine eigenständige, kompakte und sehr benutzerfreundliche Inspektionsmaschine, die von einem automatisierten Verteilungssystem verpackte Medikamente auf den korrekten Inhalt prüft. Die Kontrolle erfolgt auf Basis der bestellten Medikamente und Patientendaten. Alle Ergebnisse werden zur Weiterverarbeitung und Referenz digital dokumentiert.

Wie der Pouch Inspector ist der Pouch Inspector Light mit der Inprocess Model Manager-Technologie (IMM) ausgestattet. So ist sichergestellt, dass sofort mit der Inspektion begonnen werden kann, ohne erst alle Medikamente lernen zu müssen.
Ein loser Streifen oder eine Rolle mit Medikamentenbeuteln wird auf den Pouch Inspector Light gelegt. Die Inspektion beginnt sofort mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 1,5 Beuteln pro Sekunde (90 Beutel pro Minute).
Der Inhalt jedes Beutels wird automatisch mit dem vom Patienten verschriebenen Rezept verglichen. Der Status jedes Beutels wird sofort auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt. Falsche, unbekannte, überflüssige und/oder fehlende Medikamente werden ohne Prozessunterbrechung erkannt und automatisch in die Analyse integriert. Alle Resultate werden in der Datenbank gespeichert.
Gewarnte Beutel aus einer Charge können dann manuell überprüft, repariert (falls erforderlich) und erneut inspiziert werden, bevor die Charge zur Abgabe freigegeben wird.

Research has been done on how things could be done differently without compromising on inspection quality, reliability and ease of use. And we succeeded.
Pouch Inspector Light has a durable housing, provides the same quality inspection and is very user-friendly.
The difference with the Pouch Inspector is a slightly lower inspection speed. This is because it is equipped with fewer cameras. But at a rate of 1.5 pouches per second (that’s 90 pouches per minute), Pouch Inspector Light is still impressively fast and well-suited for small to medium-sized productions.
Why modules?
Because we like transparency, we have chosen a model that is based on the idea that you only pay for what you need and can grow along if needed. With modules, everyone can choose what suits them. The basic module package can be expanded with modules that can be used independently of each other. There are ‚Capacity modules‘ and ‚Software modules‘.
For example, are you purchasing a Pouch Inspector Light with a SMALL capacity module (1 to 300 patients to be processed) and production is expected to increase? With a one-time purchase of the MEDIUM module (301 to 600 patients to be treated), the capacity has been expanded. Or if you prefer to work web-based, this module can be purchased separately.
